Our History
Salleydeen Company Limited is wholly owned by a Ghanaian entrepreneur. It was initially registered as a sole Proprietorship under the business name Salleydeen Enterprise in 1992. The initial registered activities include sales of household electrical appliances to individuals and corporate workers on both cash and hire purchase basis.
Following expansion in business activities and also to meet procurement requirements for government and other international funded agencies’ contracts, it was decided to convert the enterprise into a limited liability company and was issued a certificate to commence business on January 22, 1996.
Salleydeen Company Limited has grown to become a reliable and efficient company engaged in several business activities including road construction, real estate, sale of residential plots, sale of consumer durables, etc.
The company has left in its long trail, many satisfied and happy clients. Salleydeen Company Limited has satisfactorily executed several projects of various scopes for public and private organisations.
The company has over the past years, has developed the expertise and professional capacity through continuous execution of Government of Ghana funded contracts (road and building ) across the country and construction of residential accommodation in major towns and cities in the country to meet the developmental and housing needs of the country.
The company has VAT registration number C 0006851916 and also discharges its statutory obligations such as payment of SSNIT contributions and corporate taxes.

In order to meet the market needs of building and civil engineering works, sale of lands and consumer durables, and satisfy our clients we provide the under listed services
In a country where statistics show a huge housing deficit coupled with low income levels of majority of workers, provision of residential accommodation at affordable prices become paramount. Salleydeen Company Limited thus in a bid to provide solutions to housing needs, has developed a segmented approach to its pricing strategy to satisfy the need of all its customers. There is therefore a flexibility in pricing for its products such as residential accommodation (both completed and uncompleted), and sale of residential and commercial plots. Presently, the company has sold residential plots to staff of some reputable corporate institutions including VALCO, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, Uniliver, Bureau of National Investigations, Ghana Police Service, National Security, GRA- Customs Division, Lands Commission, GRIDCO, GAFCO, Ghana International School, etc. Currently, the company has acquired vast plots of land at Afienya Jerusalem about ten minutes drive from the Appolonian junction on the Afienya – Akosombo road that are being offered for sale at affordable prices with flexible payment terms and also at Community 25 extension near EMEFS estates. Other locations / sites include Doryumu Shai Hill, Dodowa near hospital, Obosumase – Dodowa, Katapor Pokuase, Ashongman, Odunse near Dodowa, and Domeabra – Kasoa.
Salleydeen Company Limited is engaged in the sale of quality building materials but at affordable prices. The company has also recognized the need to provide credit support to interested individuals who purchase plots of land from the company who want to start the construction of their buildings but due to financial challenge may not be in a position to do so.
In line with government economic policy to develop infrastructural base of the country to create solid platform for socio economic development of the country to involve the local content in the award of contracts, Salleydeen Company Limited has positioned itself in the market place to take advantage of the policy. The company has secured several contracts from the public institutions such as the Urban Roads, Accra Metropolitan Assembly ( AMA ), Highways Authority and international funded institutions.
